To me...his life entirely says it all irrespective of his pro-life stand... although slightly commendable. All the other things he did greatly out-weighed that stand which may or may not have been a cover for WHO he really was. I have to say that I was not upset or saddened to hear of his passing. It will make William T. Russell's job of defeating him much easier or anyone for that matter. He cost American's a lot of money by making deals and steering billions in earmarks for his own 12th district throughout his days on the sub-committee he chaired. His nephew will miss the tens of millions passed on to his military equipment Co. in PA. But, I am sure there is enough hidden away for them for the rest of their days and no doubt a will has left to make them all rich with our tax-dollars. Corruption is no laughing matter in DC because it is SO prevelant on both sides and hardly anyone except WA Watchdog Groups can do much about it and I support them for speaking out. To comment on the above statement about Murtha or anyone earning heaven over time....it isn't going to happen! There are no further chances for redemption after death according to a VERY reliable source...."It is for Man once to die and THEN the judgment."
